Where could I find a job for a martial arts expert in UK?

My uncle is a very high skilled martial arts instructor. He is an expert in several styles encomping ninjitsu , kickboxing , boxing , judo. Moreover he is also trained in anti-terrorism and force intervention. He lives in Romania and would like to find a job in the UK.However , his english skill is very basic so that is why he asked me to search. I did some research but it did not go very well as I could not find enough info for the opportunities at stake.(doesn't necessary need to be instructor) Please provide some info if you know better.
