If it ever were proven that Pope Benedict the 16th molested a child, what could be done about it?

You might want to ask this on an Italian or German forum. Folks who are familiar with criminal law in Italy and Germany may be able to answer this question as I would ume that the crime would have taken place in one of those 2 countries and they might have to extradite him for arraignment before a judge.
