I'm scared that my kids will get sick on the plane to new york?

We are flying to new york on thanksgiving and I am scared that the whole vacation will be ruined when we arrive with swine flu or some kind of sickness. sooooo and I have family there so what do i do take the risk, ????!/?!/??!/
