What does a sharper image ionic breeze ozone guard front grill look like? thanks!?

It depends on the version. The original Ionic Breeze did not have one, and was roughly cylindrical. They added it as a sort of "snap on" that square up the outlet face. Then they remade the housing to be cylindrical, with an egg-shaped profile, still with a flat outlet face. Then they remade it again to just have the egg shaped profile.
