Mitosis, plants and animals difference?

what is different in mitosis between plants and animals? i already know that plants during telophase have a cell plate that helps cleave the cell in two, but i need two examples but i can only think of one! can sum1 help me? oh yeah btw can sum1 explain to me why the term cytokinesis exists, why don't they just combine the terms telophase and cytokinesis isn't it the same thing?
