Wondering if a boy on the cosby show and a boy on sister sister are the same person??

ok, The little girl Rudy on The Cosby Show had a little boyfriend on the show who was on there a couple of times(i forgot what his name was), well i was wondering if that little boy is the same boy who ended up being on that Disney show with Tia and Tamera called Sister Sister as Tia's boyfriend Jordan, well I am wondering if they are the same person?
