Why does the "Life in the UK Test" website have a whole page in Welsh?

Yes. It's like a packet of peanuts having a warning label "Contains Nuts", or a bottle of witch hazel I bought recently which says on the label "Do not use if you know you are allergic to witch hazel". It's just a dumb clinging to the rules, regardless of whether they make sense in this instance.
