What is the name of this toy?

ok one of my aunts gave me a stuff toy when she moved out of her house, its a pink cat with white fur around its wrists and ankles, it has a pink ribbon on her tail, the has a flap that opens to expose the , she also has a pink bow on her one ear and in her won paw she is holding a pink semi-hard pacifier that fits into her mouth and a white blanket with pink and blue hearts on it. i think its from the 80's not sure, can anyone tell what toy i have here its been driving me crazy,lol
