What is a long coat chihuahua's coat supposed to be like ?

Unless the videos were of puppies, the coats are a poor representation of what a long coat should be. The second still shot you posted has the best coat of all. Full coat doesn't come in until around 2 years, but you should definitely start seeing a nice coat come in by 6 or 7 months
