I voted for Obama now I have my doubts; unemployment discourages me; how about you?

Obama is a new, and small part of this picture. There's an entire market economy to factor in, and there's the legislature as well as the Federal Reserve. Presidents are not kings, and the two party system has really limited the thinking of the average American to yes or no answers. Life is so much more complicated than yes or no answers, and more perspectives than two should be involved in our government. This is supposed to be a REPRESENTATIVE republic, but a lot of us don't feel represented. There should be Republicans AND Democrats in the executive branch, plus some Green Party, Libertarians, Socialists, and independents, all at the same time. One party at a time in the executive branch makes our nation way too bipolar.
