I lost my job about 3 weeks ago....?

I got laid off. i'm trying to conserve money as best i can to live until i can find another, i have several outstanding debts, what is the minimum amount i can send these businesses to keep them off my back until i can pay them off? I am just trying to avoid a judgment against me if it happens that i cant find a job for a few months. I cant make my minimum payments and still live, so i'm just trying to avoid court until i can get a new job.
