Try meditation. You should just realize what you can and can't do right now. If you are freaking out try and stop all the racing thoughts. Take some deep breaths and just work focus on the work you have to do for school that way you are overcoming that source of anxiety positively. If you are gaining weight start being more concious of what you eat and try to get on a consistant work out regimen. See a therapist f you can. It has helped me tremendously and realize that most things don't just change over night.
