TACO PARTY!! just get some beef and season it with taco seasoning, shredded lettuce, chop a tomato, cilantro, salsa, sour cream, cheese and taco shells. you can serve this buffet style on paper plates for about $20 and it will go great with those margaritas!! Have fun!
